Rules for the Bus are:

* Smoking of any kind is never permitted in a  Rock Stars party bus, if caught that person will be asked to get off the bus, and if repeated it can terminate the service for everyone, no
refund!

* You are responsible for your trash at the end of your booking, there will be a $50 charge for excessive clean up and spills, the driver will approve the bus for the person it's booked
from.

* Please,when your ready to be dropped off at your destination the bus can't set in the middle of the street for long so make sure everyone getting off is ready to depart, this goes for
getting back on the bus also.

*  Any damages you cause  to bus or it's equipment  will be charged to your credit card and may terminate the service.

*ILLEGAL USE OF DRUGS and UNDERAGE DRINKING will terminate your service, no refund

* Fighting and obsessive belligerent behavior will terminate service, no refund.  

* There will be additional clean up fees  resulting from illness inside the party bus and charged to credit card if the driver notices a person getting ill he may ask them to step off the bus.

* May have the authority to conclude services if you are exceeding your time of rental and the party bus has another commitment with other customers.

* May not be able to access narrow streets and driveways, please consider alternate greeting points during reservation times.
Remember that when you max out a bus, for instance the 14 passenger is the max and can crowded depending on the size of the people. I recommend not maxing out the bus if you
want to be comfortable, but this is up to you.

* These rules are to assure your safety and protect our investment. We want you to have fun but there are limits.
We want you to have a great time but please party wisely.
If you are going to a concert gather your friends and ride in style. Renting one of our buses is around $40-$50 per person but  you will
actually save money by bringing your own alcohol and food on the bus and tailgating before the concert instead of paying the
ridiculous prices for drinks inside the concert, parking is free and no risk of a DUI! It's a no brainer.
These prices are based for runs in Indianapolis area there's a travel charge outside indy area.
If you plan on going to several concert in one season we will give you a multi booking discount! 2 concerts save $100 total,
3 concerts save $200 total.

Booking a Party Bus or Limo we need a creditcard on file for deposit of $100, when we run your card there is a 4%  
service charge.
There is no refund once a deposit is made, You can pay cash balance to driver at pickup to avoid 7% tax and service charge on
balance.
If you cancel within 2 weeks of the booked date we charge 1/2 the price and the full amount if you should cancel within 1 week of
your booking.  

We service most of Indiana, If the pick up is 10 miles outside of I-465  there may be a travel charge. Example $125 travel to
Bloomington And Lafayette
Your drop off has to be with in your allowed time limit. Sorry but we do not do individual drop offs in the middle of your time
frame, must be the whole group. If someone is sick or has to leave early we suggest an uber or taxi.

When bar hopping please make it simple. For example: Pick up one location, go to Broadripple, end up downtown and or anywhere
in between, not back and forth between the two. The group can do as many stops as you want in your time frame within a 50 miles
max, then final drop at one location is best.

We suggest pickup and drop off location at or near a Denny's,  Waffle House, or Steak & Shake so the group can eat at the end of
the night and sober up if they are driving after the party!
